Subscription Shares

We recently shared an idea we had about Subscription Shares to our awesome community.

Only a few weeks in we had so many requests to launch this.

So we have decided to open some Subscription Share spots early.

Many of you want to get involved in our Founding Shareholder round of investing, where all investors including Subscription Share investors become 'A Class' shareholders.

That's the same class of share as our Founder, Team and all our community jumping in this early.

Some have requested to treat this as a way of Investing a little each month to gain their shares, some of you that have already invested but want to build on your investment monthly. So we have come up with a way to make this work for all.

There are 6 levels of subscription shares, all wrapping up within 18 months where you will then be a fully fledged 'A Class' shareholder of Allkin Brewing Company Limited.

Our 'Share 125' through to 'Share 2500' Share Subscription models are all below. The number relates to the amount of shares you will receive, each share is priced at a nominal value of £4.00 (four pounds)

The share cost is split evenly over 18 months, if you want to purchase more shares you can purchase multiple pay monthly subscription share offerings.

Each of these Subscription Share offerings result in the correlating number of shares, ie Share 125 = 125 shares @ £4 per share. This number is then divided in to 18 monthly installments.
